الوصف
Building abandoned during construction for over a year. Broken windows and doors allow for building to be infiltrated by squatters. It is also an eyesore on the street.

I bet Alderman Aaron Greenberg never walks down Grand Avenue because he thinks it's unsafe and dirty. Instead he stays on the "pretty streets" where he doesn't have to deal with urban issues like the one's we are discussing today. Unfortunately, a lot of us have to walk or ride our bikes down this street everyday to get to and from work. Traveling by bike or foot in the wee hours of the night or morning can be a little disconcerting if squatters or other unsafe activities are taking place close by. Ignoring the worst problems in the community will only make them harder to resolve in the future.

***However, there is no question that Concerned Citizen has a completely legitimate right to be disconcerted about squatters, drunks, drug related problems, and other unsavory and "unsafe activities." If anyone in the city is listening- please let us know. The City has a grant to study traffic and improve the "better" part of Wooster Square- and you guessed, it- the study ends at Grand Ave leaving upper Olive, Grand, Lyon, and Williams Streets completely out despite the fact that the traffic feeds into Olive from Grand and Upper Olive/State St. You go figure....
