We are closing older Trash and Recycling issues from 2016 in order to focus on current Trash and Recycling issues. Thanks for closing the issue but was it ever addressed and has that driver been relocated to another zone in order to protect our youth from his negligence? Im pretty confident that this wasn't his first offense, but rather the first time he was caught and reported. I'm sure that the safety of every citizen, especially children, is of top priority to the New Haven Public Works, correct?

Any issue and/or feedback involving safety is shared with crew in early morning meetings and if a specific truck number and employee needs to be reminded of safety concerns that too is dealt with by Supervisor when the issue happens. Sometimes the See Click Fix issue though it has been solved, has not been closed. Thus we are trying to clean up some of the older issues to allow us to focus on the ones in the present.
