This parking lot and path/bridge to the boathouse and Washington waterfront is always very dark. Many tourist, residents and runners go through here. Not only do the lights need to be fixed, bushes and trees are blocking some lights and more lights need to be added especially in light of the recent incidents in Georgetown.
