Description

On the right-hand side of 22nd St. NW, between I St. and Penn Ave. NW(next to the hospital), there are no parking rules posted. There used to be a "no parking" sign there to leave at least 2 lanes open during morning and afternoon rush hours, but now there's nothing. This leaves just one lane, the middle lane, open in the a.m., as people are parked along the left and ride sides. Combined with the construction at H and 22nd, this leads to some serious congestion and backup, which I imagine would not be good for hospital emergency vehicles. Please replace the sign.
