New tents blocking path between Lake Merritt Blvd and tot lot near 10th. Two other tents now inside the tidal marsh fence, one under the willows and one under the trident maple. Another long-term tent under the Norfolk pine. Garbage, TP and feces in the marsh and in the water-quality basin. Native plantings damaged. Marsh fencing torn down. Please keep the west side of the channel clear of encampments.
