Description

Encampments are growing across the street from the Junior Arts and Science Center. Tons of debris and is becoming very established. There are small dogs there also and at least four persons. Please get ahead of this before its beyond repair, our parks are for everyone and the lake is a sensitive watershed that already has too much debris and trash. The Mayor needs a solution to this problem but we can't afford for it to take over our City.
