Description

This morning I was nearly hit, AGAIN, while walking in the crosswalk across 11th Street by a car running the red arrow signal from eastbound 11th onto Lake Merritt Blvd. This happens to me several times per week, every week.

The city MUST install "no turn on red arrow" signs at this intersection IMMEDIATELY. There is no excuse for any further delay. A pedestrian is going to be hit and killed here if nothing is done. How many times does this request have to be made?
