Two junk cars (black Mercedes & Nissan altima) are parked on Emerald street off Pine Avenue.

Home less youths have been sleeping in them for 2 months and the car are inoperable. PD have been called several times to stop upwards of 20 youths gathering around the cars & littering street.

They're camped there 24 hours daily.The Nissan has body damages & RI plate.

The youths are drinking & smoking weed the entire night,while sitting in the cars.
