It's an ice cream truck! It's all kinds of times! He goes around the neighborhoods!

Thank you for your post. In order to assist you I need to narrow the time frame in which the ice cream truck come through the neighborhood. Is it in the morning , afternoon or evening . (I don't know if the driver lives in the neighborhood and is running home for something or is trying to serve customers.)
