Sharraxaadda

The people next door to my residence are letting these weeds grow against my house. There is now a vine growing on the side of my house too. These weeds are unsanitary, house rats, snakes and other rodents. There is also a plastic box dangerously near the vent from my dryer that needs to be removed. They also never pick up the papers that accumulate in their yard or in front of the house. There are 5 to 6 people in this house and none of them lift a finger to clean the front of their house. I would do it myself but They are very uncooperative.
