Description

A group of about 7 to 10 Latino men have again taken up gathering in the back alley of 840 West 33rd Street. They hang out in the well that connects 840 to the house east of it. Both houses share the same alley entrance. The group was talking loudly and openly drinking alcoholic beverages in the alley. This morning cans were strewn about the alley. The members were seen going in and out of the Sr Citizen yard to talk to others in the alley on the other side. Some members are on bikes circling the alley and some in cars (small silver 4 door coupe OH 18510) none of these live movies n the surrounding homes as they are seen heading down the alley towards the Bridgeport Homes. I suspect because of the big camera directed at the park onLituanica that they have taken to hanging out in this alley now disturbing the peace and quiet of the residents. 912 called no sign of the police and 5 security guards walked out of the Sr Citizen yard proceeded to walk down the alley without saying a word to the gathering. The gang loitered in the alley from 4 pm till 10 pm.
