I do a lot of walking to and from my home since I've moved into Brookland..and if you think this is bad???....check out 10th st NE between Michigan and Monroe St NE !!!! The sidewalks are so horrible in numerous locations!......a person in a wheelchair has to use the public street to get to their locations!!
YES! I have seen this on many an occasion while I'm walking to my house in the afternoons!
