1031 Michigan Avenue NE known as The Parrington, has overflowing trash and bulk items tossed. This is seen REPEATEDLY each week, causing rodents, mosquitoes to bred and now homeless, hiding, and searching in the always open trash bins after dark !

It doesn’t help the adjoining neighbors who goes by the DC rules for taking care of their trash for prevention of rodents while they at 1031 Michigan Ave NE and Perry St NE doesn’t!!

10th St NE and Bunker Hill St NE....Triangle area where the Brookland Welcome Sign is located has over grown trees and shrubs that blocks the view of on coming traffic as trying to enter onto Michigan Ave. NE. •••(The city was there to cut the tall grass, but NOT trim back the trees or shrubs! Why did they not complete the whole job?! ). It's overgrown and the trees/shrubs are top heavy overgrown on the curb as well! I've witnessed several close call accidents!••••Drivers have the tendency to throw their trash in the triangle as well....not to mention how unsafe and how dark it is to walk home from metro up Bunker Hill/ Michigan Ave. fear of being a victim of a robbery!!

This bus stop location has been overlooked for repairs over the 5 years I have been living here! As you see in the picture, the ground is extremely uneven with the sidewalk because of overgrown roots exposed making it hard to approach the bus when it comes. Also it's NOT HANDICAP friendly !! Furthermore when it rains, that whole sidewalk overly floods and puddles on parts of that block. Even worst, in the winter....when it rains, it freezes there because of that bus stop area collects the water ....then freezes over....causing a sheet of ice for several days! .... I have seen people slip, as well as myself, (being cautious!) on the ice.....or having to walk on the other side of the busy highway because of flooding!! ......A bus shelter would be appreciated as this ibis stop is used often!!!

Someone left a worn out brown recliner sitting by the curb. It's been there a week and it's an eyesore!! Needs to be picked up!

Layers of dangerous unremoved snow and ice. Also mountain of snow blocks sidewalk at 7-11. Have to walk in the street to get around it.

Extremely overgrown....Blocking the sidewalk traffic. Robbers can hide to attack walking pedestrians. Blocks visibility for traffic and school signs and children near school. Sidewalk Across Noyles Park. 10th St. NE and Franklin St. NE. Trees need pruning also on the park side too!!!

Sign is hanging upside down. Due to someone attempt to steal it. On The corner of 12 St NE. And Otis St NE.

The whole block from MANNA...828 Evarts Street NE up to Rhode Island Ave. NE on Reed Street NE. There are many deep potholes on that traveled street. If filled with rain water, it splashes on to pedestrians when walking to and from the metro by cars/trucks passing by.

B-CAFE. 3740 12 Street NE 20017. There is always empty boxes, plastics around, trash cans overfilled. Discarded unwanted broken furniture at times. Very unsanitary for a restaurant/ business. Also our condo building has to see this everyday. It's never kept up in the back of building!! We don't want rats!
