I am the manager of Pine Key I & II in Tierra Verde. We are contracted with Waste Management for our garbage pickup. Our problem is that their trucks keep dripping hydraulic fluids on our brick paver driveways. We were previously with Progressive and had the same problem. We have been over a year between the two companies trying to resolve the issue and clean up what has already occurred. We are aware that within the contract, they are not responsible for repairs. The County dictates what companies are allowed to provide services within the different communities, so the associations hands are tied. We have no one to go to. If the company that is providing the service, does not rectify our problem we have no where to turn. We need for the county to get involved. We paid good money for our pavers. Please find a solution to our problem.
