Dead palm trees (>20') near address 390 4th Ave N and Madonna Blvd determined to be on private property per field measurement and PCPAO reference map.
Removal of vegetation on private property is outside the service scope of Pinellas County Urban Forestry. Restrictions on tree removal in conflict with osprey (Pandion haliaetus) usage is restricted to active nesting sites. Retaining snags for habitat is encouraged, but a risk assessment should consider the subject tree and location characteristics.
You might want to check your maps, according to the (my) property survey, it's outside of the property at 390 4th Ave N. I we I'll be more than happy to meet you there.
