This past Saturday and Sunday and some other weekends the residents of Judson Avenue, Miller Street, Porter Street and Mead Street have been terrorized by dirt bike riders riding up and the down the street and on the sidewalks all day and late into the evening. The excessive noise and danger to motor vehicle drivers is very disturbing. I have a right to open my windows, sit on my porch in peace or drive my car without fear of being in an accident with one of these dirt bike riders. My neighbors have called NHPD and nothing changed. Who is the adult that lives in this home or who owns this home that condones such behavior?
