It's on union street by JFK on both sides it is empty pits filled with broken glass

It falls to the property owners to maintain the property in front of their homes according to the city ordinance (referring to the broken glass and trash. If the property owners are requesting trees be planted in the pits they can contact this office for a tree planting application.

Can they be ticketed? Both sides of the street it's pits full of broken glass, dog poop, jagged metal. One property owner is a large apartment building. It's not safe for children walking in the area

Then the city of New Jersey should fine home owners and business for keeping out of their establishments and home dirty. This place is a disaster- rectify bad behavior with stiff penalties.
