Is this a house a Sanctuary House? People come & go from here all the time. 2-6 month rentals constantly. They trash the house. Then, 8 or more family members move in. Trash it, then more people move in. It needs to be torn down. Sewer issues, smells bad all the time.

I wish this house would be torn down. 8-10 people at a time move in & move out. I thought there were laws pertaining to number of children per bedrooms including adults would matter. This property has been able to avoid that law. These families live in that property for a few weeks to a few months. These people throw trash in my yard & feel free to come on to my property or damage my property with no recourse. Please tear it down. I would think the backed up sewer issue with this property would qualify to never put children in it. Some how it cleared a city inspection, which means nothing.
