On 02/28/17 I sent a letter regarding the violation displayed in the picture. However, the letter returned (Return to Sender). Further attempts is being taken to reach the owner. This investigation is still open.

09/25/17 I am continuing to look for the owner.

This has been a on going process, she just recently came home from the hospital and honestly, she's back in the same state she was before going to the hospital. We been using store bought mold kits from Home Depot an Low's. Me and my mother really need a professional opinion before my grandmother's illness be the cause of her death and we won't have a clue as to what caused it.
