I've just seen 3 cars racing on Plantation Dr, 2 of them were new Ford Mustangs (red&deep purple). 3rd - maybe Doge Charger?

The tag given is not a Georgia tag- when I am able to locate the vehicle shown I will speak with the owner. Any further info regarding a State for the Tag or the actual address will help.

Lt. M. Austin are you going to do something about Carlos Garcia from 2512 Graywall St East Point, GA 30344, USA? He and his racing friends do whatever they want in the neighborhood. On top of that they are threatening other neighbors! I wonder how they would feel if the rest of the neighborhood would start honking in front of their house in the middle of the night? Would they just sleep with their earplugs on?
