The Building Dept. received a complaint on this property and sent an Inspector out yesterday. The Inspector determined that the work being done at this time (flooring, cement work, decking) does not require a permit. Plans for the addition will be submitted and processed. No further action is necessary at this time. As a note - work on single family residential units does not require a licensed contractor to do the work.
