Description
The oleander is overgrown, with cut branch ends extending way into the sidewalk, such that it scratched my face and almost injured my eyes, when I was walking at dusk, because the streetlights are not able to light the area under the oleander. Even in the daytime one has to walk at the front edge of the sidewalk to avoid being injured by the branches. Please ask the owner to cut back the oleander to the back edge of the side walk from the ground to at least 6.5 feet in height so that the neighbors can walk without injury. Thank you.
