Developer has abandoned the property after starting work over a year ago. Since there's been no sign of activity at the house for months, it is now being used as a dumping ground for both ordinary trash, which doesn't get picked up with weekly collection, and misc bulk items. Drug deals have also been observed in the back of the home. Police have been called.
