Both of these houses at 117 and 135 Osborn Avenue are in bad shape. They look abandoned. The grass and buses need cutting. 117 has a broken window on the second floor and has rust coming down the front. They need immediate care. Osborn Avenue is not the neighborhood where these conditions exist. It is totally unacceptable.
