Not sure what has happened but our recycling that was religiously picked up every Thursday morning is now picked up in the afternoon, if at all. As we were going out of town last week, I had to pull the can back from the curb so it wouldn't sit there until our return. So this week, a very full container was placed at the curb for pickup and I saw the crew drive right past it. Seems like a different crew and they seem to be running the route backwards. The container is being placed in the exact same place it has been put every week for 21 years. This needs to be fixed now.
