Burgundy 4 Dr Nissan Maxima with dark tent hasn't been moved in two weeks. Street cleaning did not ticket car on Tuesday despite vehicle blocking cleaning. Doesn't belong to resident of 701 Buchanan where the vehicle is currently parked and the owner of home and owner across street want it moved.
