Beschreibung

There is a dumpster on the street with expired parking permit on it. It is full of trash and debris that the rats and other animals are using as a nest. There is no cover on top to prevent rodents and others from going in. The permit expired in June. I do not know who to call to report the expired permit. Please assist.
