Every single MUNI rider exiting at Stones town and every single auto driver passing this picture has seen this mess every day since it broke. Some wonder if sitting down in the chairs are safe at all. Others who may be low income might see an insurance claim oportunity. I believe the low income opportunity is a better choice as a good injury or fall can net you 20k on the low end.
