The Department of Public Works inspected this property on 6/2/2014 and did not observe any trash left on the property. The inspection resulted in an observation of overgrown vegetation in which the property owner was issued a notice of violation for abatement of overgrown vegation. Thanks for responding to my report. Hope this cemented area gets reconverted to an open area for a tree or two along this large stretch of bleak and dismal sidewalk! Some of us work endlessly to create and preserve a beautiful area where we live. It is nice when a city department helps out to that end.

Escalator is out of order (again) and all incoming passengers are directed to the stairs. Lightbulb directly above the stairs is burnt out, shadows make descending stairs dangerous.

There are also three more carts further up on Hearst close to Sunnyside Elementary School.
