We have not had heat and water since the blackout. The apartments are cold and taking a shower or washing dishing is impossible. We are wearing coats to sleep and the children and elderly are the most affect. The superintendent and the Wavecrest managers of the Grand st. Apartments have made no attempts to inform the tenants of alternative solutions or visit it's elderly tenants. I personally have an asthmatic child that can be affected by this situation.

They said they will call the super to fix the problem. If your heat / hot water is not restored, please contact your city council member for help.
