Abandoned house. The yard is a jungle and needs to be cleaned up. The house that's abandoned is 4212 12th Pl NE. The yard is not kept up and weeds are growing everywhere. There is also a dead tree in the yard that is extremely large and needs to be removed. The whole property needs to razed.
