Description

Large rocks on sidewalk and street due to homeowners using front landscape area as a parking area. The SUV goes over the curb to leave and the rocks go in the street and sidewalk impassable. This has been like this since 7/4/16.

May we also add the vehicle owner has a handicap place card, but works landscaping, and construction jobs " off the books" for additional income to his SS Disability payments. I guess you might call that "working the system " and fraud. Sad.

The rocks are still on the sidewalk. The front yard is looking like a dumpsite.
