Constituent said that the trash bins along Central Avenue are in rough condition.
1. The cage that is bolted to the ground, needs to be pressure washed.
2. The black trash can inside of the cage need to be replaced. Some have no container, others have containers that are cracked and broken.
3. No bag liners are consistently used in these trash bins.

A. This is not only on Central Avenue this is a city wide problem. Someone from the sanitation department is taking the liner (bag) out but not picking them up. Resident suggests that each trash can is looked at individually.
