There is also and over grown Pine tree in the front of the house that needs to be chopped down, because it blocks Fire Department Access along with pedestrians passing safely on the sidewalk. In order to get a clear view of what's happening in the backyard, the inspector will have to view the property from the Harrison Ave. entrance.
