Please send a few inspectors to this location. #1 inspector for the Garbage & out of control Tall Weeds, #2 Inspector from Fire department, because this food truck is a safety hazard for the tax paying residents. It's clearly not 15ft from hydrant and presents a fire hazard for residents. #3 Housing/Vacant Lot Inspector This lot is unsafe and being used to park cars and serve food but the property is not being cleaned or well maintained, there's garbage and tall grass everywhere. The lot looks like and overflowing trash receptacle. #4 Food inspector, That food truck is practicing unsanitary food handling. I watch them cutting chicken bare handed on top of a filthy garbage Can. That was outside, behind the food truck on the rat infested vacant lot. Can all members of the city please help? I own property here and this is definitely affecting my quality of health, along with the other residents. please help as soon as humanely possible. Thanks in advance for your time and efforts.

Can you please send someone out to investigate this location? This area exhibits unsavory conditions along the block. The shop owners are not taking responsibility for their area and it's making it difficult for pedestrians to walk. You'll these conditions exist on both sides of the street.

This area was fixed a few years back but over time a new pothole is turning into a sinking strip, that's now running into both sides of the street. It's not only damaging vehicles but also a danger to walking pedestrians and when truck pass over, it cause a loud banging sound. Hoping an agent can come out and investigate the issues before it collapses. It directly in front of the church.

Can you please send a member of enforcement team to this location. To confirm how disgusting it is. The property owner fails miserably at maintaining proper code with this location. There's litter, rodents and toxic car fluids being released here. The sidewalk, lot, alley and all areas surrounding it are covered in filth. It's not safe, fair or comfortable for the quaintly of life for taxpaying residents here.

This is a poorly maintained/managed property, clearly the owners do not care for it at all. there's Overgrown grass, weeds and garbage collecting all around the lot. It's causes a breeding grown for all sorts of vermin, which is affecting the quality of life in the community. You've been here before and I'm pleading for your help to make them more responsible as the other taxpayers are doing their part.

Report garbage bags dumped on sidewalk early today and the report was closed stating Garbage was collected at 1130am but as shown in the photo, it still there.

Garbage was either left here or just not collected by sanitation. Can you send someone as soon as possible, to collect this before it becomes a public dumping zone.

broken glass is all over the sidewalk causing a serious danger to children, pets and pedestrians. The police broke a car window but they left the sharp glass on the sidewalk. Is it possible to send someone too remove it?

Please send inspector, this is a repeat offender. owner clearly does not care about the neighborhood but Home owners that voted for Fulop do. It's inside the lot and on the sidewalk. Every month, it's the same thing and getting increasingly frustrating for the tax paying residents.

Illegal use of a vacant lot, which has remained unkempt for years unless property managers are forced or fined too maintain a proper upkeep. In the photo you will see parked Vehicles sitting in the tall grass and Of the 6 vehicles, most have no plates or registration, the other car is a junkyard wreck. You will also see a fire hydrant covered and surrounded by tall grass by garbage. This lot not only has car parked illegally by King Towing @ 15 Tyson Lane but The amount of filth on the curbside is beyond negligent for any property owner. Can you please send and Inspector to have no functioning cars removed and the property cleaned up.

Trash, mattress and garbage continue too pile up around this building. No one is managing or maintaining it. Now property not only have look at it but we're now dealing with the unhealthy vermin that come along with tall grass and garbage piles. The garbage is located on all 4 sides of this building but a huge concentration of it is located on the Tyson lane side of the building off Communipaw (As notated in the picture).

This is a Vacant lot, that is not being maintained and it's causing an issue with tax paying residents. It is a major concern, that effects our quality of life over here. As you can see, there's a garbage can, that never gets collected, dumped or bagged. It is becoming a local dumping area now. Tall weeds are also growing withing the gate, which is now causing a breeding grown for cats, possums, rats and basically all vermin.

This white Commercial Box truck continuously parks overnight on residential block between 676 and 684 communipaw ave. Can a summons be written, so it doesn't continue? It's parked there now.

Please send someone who can investigate this lot on the cornor of 15 Tyson lane and Communipaw ave. It is becoming a dumping ground. The residents here are held accountable to keep their perspective area clean but this street is not being cleaned by the city and the lot owners are not being held accountable to keep their lots clean and safe. I appreciate it if you can send someone, to not only investigate this but who will actually do something about it.

This is ridiculous, homeowner is hiring unlicensed workers without permits in residential a peaceful and quiet area. We have children and senior parents. Please send help asap, The constant hammering and sawing at 6am is disrupting our quality of life for tax paying residents.

This whole strip of Tyson lane is full of trash, litter and debris. It hasn't been cleaned up in months. Can you please send someone to inspect and have cleaned up? Tyson Ln is perpendicular to communipaw and between Between Bergen ave and Kennedy blvd. I'm not certain who is responsible for the upkeep of this strip but something has to be done as soon as humanly possible.

Abandoned Car, it's been sitting for weeks. 4weeks to be exact and it's been reported but nothing done about it. So now I'm reaching out to you to please have it towed as soon as possible.
