City of Clawson assigned this issue to Code Enforcement

CODE ENFORCEMENT has spoken to the President of the Home Owners Association when the complaint came in. It was accepted by the City Code Officer that the president would have a work order in place in a couple of days, which it was and the hedges of great height and age have now been reduced. They will not be killed to be in compliance, as the walk has to be the width of the cement and it is in agreement at this time. Close

You are talking about the complaint I put in on 14 mile. This is a different one. It is on Roth. There is no HOA. It's not hedges, it's just a bush. There is about 1 foot of passable sidewalk.

The Code Enforcement Officer inputted the wrong information in this post. The owner and CEO are working on addressing this issue in a reasonable time frame to alleviate any issues with the bush. Will provide an update when we receive information. Thank you.

The Code Enforcement and the DPW will be trimming back 3 feet.
