Thank you for reporting your concern to City of Cambridge via Commonwealth Connect. We have reviewed the information you provided our staff and will be investigating this issue further.
Thank you for reporting this issue to the City of Cambridge. Unfortunately, the City is not responsible for addressing issues on MBTA property, but we've shared this report with the MBTA and asked them to address. Although, we have been in coordination with the MBTA and know that permanent signs will be installed shortly.
I am aware of the MBTA's responsibility. I also know that these signs were removed as part of the City's sewer separation project and that the temporary signs were regularly removed by the City's contractor. If someone from the City regularly inspected the area where contractors are and have worked these issues would be immediately addressed.
