Every time it rains we get bubbling at the base of the city tree facing street No odor and this has been consistent for several rains so unlikely something dumped Concerned about health of tree given that if it fails it will fall on mine or my neighbors house

Would like this checked as soon as possible

Very large branch hanging over the roof of our house Given that the City has previously refused to provide compensation when a similar branch did more than $500 in damage to our roof we would like the branches over our house trimmed as soon as possible

Saw a rat in our backyard. Also notice burrowing in our garden beds.

Bus signal preemption not working at tragic light Not sure if the issue is the mechanism on the light or the bus Affecting multiple busses so assume it's the light

Waiting for bus at Concord and Huron Traffic backed up in all directions But that isn't exactly what I am reporting

In 10 minutes I have observed seven adults on bicycles riding on the sidewalk on either side of Concord and five riding against traffic on the westbound side of Concord

I think these bicyclists have by their actions demonstrated that the Garden Street changes are not what they want They are also not what the neighborhood wants

Two more on the sidewalk as I write this And my bus is late, undoubtedly stuck in traffic the Garden Street changes caused

If the bikes don't use it and the neighbors don't want it let's get rid of this failed experiment

City tree needs pruning The storm this afternoon is exposing dead branches towards the top of the tree overhanging our house Hope this can be addressed before the next storm

Noticed the dig safe mark outs on the street today. Does this indicates the City is going to fix the puddling issue on Manassas Avenue caused by the poor quality work done by the City contractor several years ago? The channel burned into the street by a blowtorch (see water trail in photo) was certainly a temporary fix Happy the the City will have the work done properly. Is there a schedule for this work?

Second power outage in two weeks during relatively mild summer weather If the City is serious about going to all electric homes and businesses need to cut the red tape (zoning and other regulations) to allow quick development of infrastructure to manage and deliver significantly more electricity reliably This is like the 80s and 90s when lack of system maintenance by the old Cambridge Electric Co led to brown and black outs every summer

Whole street missed

Large limb from city tree in front of 21 Manassas fell and might have damaged our car. We have asked for the tree to be trimmed more than one month ago requesting the tree be trimmed. That has not been done. Please remove branches from street and schedule trim.

Significant damage was done to the tree in front of our house due to the wind storm last week Please prune the tree to below our roof line to ensure that the no more damaged limbs damage our property, neighbors property or anyone walking down the street The crew that removed fallen limbstold us the upper limbs of the tree showed damage that should be addressed Please address this damage soon

This was on our roof from the storm yesterday. A crew has removed the branches that fell but there are still damaged branches on the tree. Would like the tree removed, as it it a hazard tree, or pruned to below our roof line to avoid this happening in the future.

Large branch from City street tree in front of our house is now sitting on our roof. Please schedule removal and inspection of the roof to determine if any damage. We have previously expressed concern about this tree being dangerous and have been assured by City staff it is not. Clearly it is not not dangerous.
