Street light #24347

This issue was reported a month ago via 311 (phone) by one of the tenants who resides in the building. She does not have a computer and only speaks Spanish, so she believes her complaint was ignored.
As you can see by the photo, it is too dark to utilize this area after dark. And it is unsafe especially with the vacant building bordering the alley.
