This morning I saw two rats in the alley behind 5619 3rd Street NW (two houses down from mine) walking around an enclosed rat trap, but not entering. Perhaps new traps are needed. All rat activity I've seen in the alley seems to concentrate in that back yard. Perhaps there is a nest?
