Yesterday (6/13), at about 7:40pm, the Pedestrian signal for people crossing 41st Street NW (at the intersection of 41st, McKinley and Western) jumped from 24 seconds down to 5 during the Flashing Don't Walk phase. I wasn't able to take a video, sorry.
