Please re-stripe the crosswalk at Woodland and Spring. It would also help if you could make it smoother. It looks like it's been paved in a variety of places with a variety of materials, causing major tripping hazards at several points.

The pedestrian signal for the west crosswalk at the intersection of Connecticut, H and Jackson Place NW changes to "Don't Walk" at a point when it is still possible for pedestrians to safely continue crossing. Please see video at https://goo.gl/photos/rpjcxZDptdxHASNNA . The Flashing Don't Walk begins at :10 in the video. The steady Don't Walk starts at about :21 seconds into the video, at a point when drivers heading north and south on Connecticut are getting a green light. These drivers, though, cannot go west on H, and eastbound traffic on H has a red light, so it seems like it should be safe for pedestrians to continue crossing in the west crosswalk for a longer period. Extending crossing time on this side of the intersection would be very helpful to pedestrians because the crossing time on the east side is very brief (because southbound drivers are turning left onto H).

In addition to this issue, on Tuesday 5/30, I saw the pedestrian signal in the north crosswalk jump from 23 seconds down to 11 seconds. I was not able to capture that on video, though.
