Dear Sir or Madam,
You hired Lacaria to renew the sidewalks in Clawson. Although the concrete job is acceptable what they did to our/your lawn is not. During preparation they dig out some roots from the ground and left them at least a week on the city side lawn which resulted in dead grass. Then the dead grass was basically put back and filled with cheap dirt. The seeds they used did not provided any results. I had to use my own funding to buy proper seeds and maintain the lawn which is technically not my job since it is the city side of the lawn.
I wonder since I am indirectly was paying for the job who is going either properly landscape the destroyed lawn or who is going to reimburse me for the soil and seeds?
