Description
16028 Dayton Ave. N there is someone living in this house with no water and no power. He claims to have leased the house but cant remember the leasing agent and doesnt have a copy of the lease. He is urinating outside. Our neighbors are concerned, as this has been a vacant house for years and has had squatters in it before. We would like increased patrols and possibly a welfare check on the man that lives there. If he is legitimate, can we get some help for him to get his water and power turned on? If he isnt, can we have him removed?
