I totally agree. Many of the trees have been dangerously overhanging the utility wires for years; the telecom companies have refused to touch them. All it would take would be a major wind storm and power could be wiped out. The original poster is 100% correct: the city forester needs to take immediate corrective action. We, the neighbors, will be waiting for results.
