Description

The plant beds installed on the sidewalk here are unsightly. The parks department insisted on putting in small annuals, then did not follow up with watering and maintenance. They are now mostly dirt with doggy doo. Please put in grass or low green ground cover of some kind to keep down the flying dirt.
