Behind the old State Police HQ. is a path that is mud most of the time so many people walk this area to get to and from the River Walk from the base of the Kalamazoo. This needs a sidewalk behind the fence btw the trees and fence. A stair way from the walk at the base of the Kalamazoo bridge (west side) would be nice but a sidewalk is needed ASAP.
