Reported storm water drain clogged and damaged 7 months ago and nothing has been done to resolve. I called to check the status and the order was submitted but rep could not provide any further info. I called several people and no call backs. This is the second issue I reported. After the first nothing was still done. Luv4RVA wrote: Thank you for your request. This has been escalated to management for attention. Please refer to request number 20020992767, when inquiring. Thank you for helping us build a better Richmond. I feel like this was done just to close the issue. The city has to better because this is ridiculous.
