Reported storm water drain clogged and damaged 7 months ago and nothing has been done to resolve. I called to check the status and the order was submitted but rep could not provide any further info. I called several people and no call backs. This is the second issue I reported. After the first nothing was still done. Luv4RVA wrote: Thank you for your request.
