I had a conversation with the home owner in a final attempt to gain compliance.

Home owner has a contract with a siding contractor, a follow up visit by the code inspector after 9/26/16 will be made.

The homeowner came into the health department on 10/4/2016 with a signed contract from a siding contractor. Work to begin on or around 11/1/2016.

Building permit secured by contractor, start date 12/5/16.

Work in progress

The homeowner is having new windows and siding installed, the job nearly completed.

The siding and window work is completed.
